There's been so much going on lately and finally things have started to slow down a bit. I dropped Trevor off at the airport today. He will be in Las Vegas for the Harley-Davidson summer dealer show for five whole days!! I don't know what to do with myself! Anyone want to come spend the week with me?? I will be going to Austin on Wednesday to hang out with Rachel poolside and stay with her that night. Should be fun. Nice to get away.
Here's a quick update on what's been going on lately...
- Trevor and I just finished up our Prepared Childbirth Classes. Very informational and actually pretty fun. We took the class with two couples that we know very well.

- Remember the Pillow Cookies I was going to bake? This is the first batch.
I realized that maybe I didn't leave them in the oven long enough however they still were cooked thoroughly. Then, with the second batch, I made sure I piled extra dough on top pf the brownie and that definitely made the difference. Here's batch #2...
And might I say they were VERY delicious!! I gave some to my cousin Jaqui and then to my Mimi for her birthday.
She loved them!

I just love it so much! We got it from a friend of mine who needed to make more space for her kiddo's play room. It's absolutely beautiful and is the perfect napper/work station/ picture prop/rest area. I couldn't be more in love. I'm typing from this lounger right now...

And I'm done for now. Going to start reading, "What to Expect: The First Year." Hopefully it's a good crash course into parenting. Wish me luck!
LOVE the lounger!! Oh my gosh do you know where your friend purchased it? Our master bedroom is that same damask print!! And Millie's nursery is so, so beautiful! You have done such an amazing job! Love the light fixture as well! :)
